Hello all . Thank you for visiting our Health and Wealth blog.I am very happy to have this opportunity to share with you a big secret. You might think that "secret" is a big word to use. Yes, that is right. There is a secret in all of our lives. I have been living in North America for more than 4 years and ever since I arrived here I have always wanted to do a good job at everything I do, to make more money and more importantly be healtier than before. As all of us know our body is everything for us, because when we have any problems like a cold, etc... we cannot work , study or even think. So for me it is very important to have a healthy body and also to make more money. I started to do research by asking people questions and studying different academic articles to find a way to give me two important aspects of life, health and wealth.
